Shipping & Returns In the event that an order needs to be returned, there will be a 15% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. All returns are subject to inspection by ICS for damage. If a product is damaged no refund will be given. All shipments are sent by ups unless an order is needed to go LTL. If an order is deemed to go LTL by ICS the customer must provide a shipping address with a dock or forklift. If a dock or forklift is not available an additional residential charge may be added or order may be cancelled.
