Q. How long after I order before you ship it?

A. Shipping is always made 1-2 days from the order date. Unless you need a shipping quote.

Q. How do I make payment without a credit card?

A. If you do not have a credit card, you can still make payment one of three ways: Paypal payment, Check or Money Order.

Q. What is your privacy policy?

A. Under no cicumstances will we provide anyone else with the information you provide to us in your order.

Q. Do you charge tax on your orders?

A. We are based in North Carolina, so any orders that are shipped in state will be charged the current NC sales tax.

Q. Can you provide me with a quote on other brass fittings besides the ones listed on the site?

A. Yes, we will be happy to to quote any of your brass fittings needs.

Q. I recently ordered from you and noticed a price change. What is the reason for that?

A. The price of copper tubing always changes. It can go up or down in as little as a couple of weeks.

Q. I don't know what size soft copper tubing to order. How is it measured?

A. All refrigeration copper tubing is measured by the Outside Diameter (OD). Type L and Type K is measured by the Inside Diameter

Q. What happens if my order is over 100 pounds?

A. We cannot quote the shipping on orders over 100 pounds instantly. This is because we are committed to saving our customers the most money we can. We send these orders to trucking companies giving us the ability to pass on savings to you ,our customer. This process usually takes 1 business day. Then you will receive an e-mail with a link to our payment center. If you would prefer using a different carrier we will be happy to quote the shipping using your preferred carrier.

Q. What is the difference in refrigeration , type "L" and type "K"?

A. The difference is refrigeration is bought and sold using the O.D. as measurements. Type L and K use the I.D. and can have thicker walls.

Q. What type of copper do you offer?

A. We offer type L, type K and refrigeration coils. All prices are for coils only. If you require hard lengths please call for pricing and shipping quotes.
